ABOUT

Hi, I’m Natasha.

I’m so happy you are here. If you have found me, that means you are researching whatever you can to make you feel your best. I am here to help you figure out how to get that feeling back!

My story: One day I went from being the happiest girl on the block, to the most tired, achy, anxious, sad one. This wasn’t me! I searched and searched for answers, and finally learned that the answers all lie within.

I went on a journey of researching everything I could do to help myself, naturally. I truly became my own advocate – and that is what got me through the most difficult period of my life.

After finally being diagnosed with Celiac Disease, I learned that I not only had to say goodbye to gluten, but dairy was also not welcome in my world. I learned that the foods I had been eating were truly a reflection of how I was feeling.

Whoa! How would I ever successfully navigate this change?

After lots of trial and error and learning what works best for my body, I decided I wanted to head back to school to learn how to help others who fell in to my shoes. Recovery and forging a new life path can be a very lonely place. I want to be a support system for people struggling like I was.

I am here for you. I am here to make your gluten free journey an exciting one! I am here to help you every single important step of the way.

I’ve been where you are and I promise, you WILL feel like your best self again soon.

Please don’t hesitate to reach out and chat at any time!
