My story
One day I went from being the happiest girl on the block, to the most tired, achy, anxious, sad one. This wasn’t me! I searched and searched for answers, and finally learned that the answers all lie within.
I went on a journey of researching everything I could do to help myself, naturally. I truly became my own advocate – and that is what got me through the most difficult period of my life.
